England hooker Josh Hodgson is expected to face disciplinary action after video emerged of the player crashing through a door at a party.
The 25-year-old is seen launching himself through a door at a student flat in Dunedin.
England were knocked out of the Four Nations following Australia’s victory over Samoa on Sunday.
“We were made aware of the incident that occurred (Saturday) night around lunchtime,” England team manager Jon Roberts said.
“It is being dealt with internally with the person involved, and they will be disciplined. On behalf of Rugby League England we would like to apologise for the behaviour, and we’ve arranged for full repair of the small damage that occurred.”
