Turks overjoyed after eliminating Roman giants.
Fenerbahce head coach Aykut Kocaman could not hide his delight after watching his side reach the semi-finals of the Europa League on Thursday night.
The Turkish giants had won the first leg 2-0 in Istanbul against Serie A high-flyers SS Lazio last week, however, the visitors found themselves trailing 1-0 in the return fixture in the Italian capital.
But, the Turks managed to draw level on the night to progress to the semi-finals for the very first time in the club’s history 3-1 on aggregate.
