4. AB de Villiers – Royal Challengers Bangalore:
The second RCB man on the list has been enjoying some of the finest short-over form with the bat in world cricket.
De Villiers captained the South African one-day side to a dramatic 3-2 series win over Pakistan in March and the Proteas skipper top-scored in the five matches, with 367 runs at an average of 91.75.
The 29-year-old is the number one ODI batsman in the world currently, two places ahead of Bangalore teammate Kohli.
