Pacquaio is expected to follow suit on Wednesday in Los Angeles, but all eyes will be on the Mayweather Gym first as the unbeaten superstar goes through his drills with the world’s media looking on.
Both fighters have shared regular videos from their respective training camps over the past few weeks and both look in great condition as they prepare for the biggest fight in boxing history.
While their rivalry over who the pound-for-pound king of boxing is will finally be settled, the bout is also expected to shatter numerous records in terms of revenue and viewing figures.
Naturally, that will be a significant talking point with Mayweather taking home a 60 percent cut of the split, but all eyes will on the MGM Grand Garden Arena on May 2 as two of the biggest names in the sport go head-to-head after years of waiting.
Fortunately, there have been no reports of injuries or problems in camp, and so the world will get their first peek at how Mayweather is looking as questions continue to be asked about his sharpness and speed as there have been signs of decline in his more recent fights.
