The Green Bay Packers lead the New England Patriots, 22-13, at halftime. They were able to extend their lead with a crucial touchdown pass from quarterback Aaron Rodgers to wide receiver Jordy Nelson.
Nelson had been well-covered by Patriots cornerback Darrelle Revis for most of the first half, but he broke free for a 45-yard touchdown catch as he ran past a few Patriots defenders.
Since Nelson hit the pylon, the play was officially ruled a touchdown after further review.
Revis is known as arguably the best cornerback in the NFL as he can shut down any receiver.
So far, this game is living up to the hype that came with it, and the second half is bound to be a thriller as the Patriots will attempt to get back in the game.
Here is a video from Vine of Nelson escaping Revis Island.
