Clippers suffer third consecutive loss on Monday night.
The Indiana Pacers sealed a 109-106 win over the Los Angeles Clippers at the Staples Center on Monday to move back into second spot in the East.
Roy Hibbert had 26 points and 10 rebounds, while Paul George added 23 points and 10 assists as the Pacers made it five straight wins with their starting line-up all ending with double scoring figures.
Jamal Crawford top-scored for the Clippers with 25 points off the bench, but it wasn’t enough to prevent Vinny Del Negro’s team slipping to their third straight loss.
The Clippers remain just one win shy of reaching the magic 50 mark, but are under increasing pressure to finish in the top four seeds in the Western Conference with the Memphis Grizzlies closing the gap.
