Down 14-7 to the Nebraska Cornhuskers in the second quarter, the Minnesota Golden Gophers were lining up for a FG to cut that deficit to only four. But things took a turn for the worse for Minnesota when Nebraska defender Randy Gregory got his hand in just the perfect position to get the block. And then this happened:

Nebraska defender Nate Gerry recovered the blocked kick and takes it back an incredible 85 yards for a Nebraska TD to give the Cornhuskers a 21-7 lead. Now that’s a change of fortunes if there ever was one.
