South Carolina phenom will not risk aggravating neck injury during spring practice.
South Carolina Gamecocks star defensive end Jadeveon Clowney will miss the rest of the team’s spring practice sessions, to rest a neck injury he sustained on the first day of practice.
The consensus number one overall NFL draft pick in 2014 will not want to run any further risk of injury, due to the chances of it damaging his sky-high draft stock.
He also admits that he won’t miss anything out of being unable to participate on training, as he believes that once he learns the playbook his skills will take care of the rest.
This injury does put one rumour to rest in the College Football world though, he is human after all.
