With Michael Jordan looking on as his Charlotte Bobcats slipped to a 3-0 deficit against the Miami Heat, it appeared as though LeBron James wanted to send him a message.
The Heat pulled away from their rivals in the third quarter, and as they look to finish the series as soon as possible in order to prepare for the second round, it appeared James wanted to show off in front of an NBA legend.
Instead of looking at the rim or around him for any sign of defenders getting back to challenge him, James had his eyes firmly fixed on someone in the crowd, and as noted by the ESPN commentators, it appears as though he is looking straight at Jordan.
Take it how you will, some may see it as completely unnecessary and borderline disrespectful, and while Jordan didn’t appear to look too happy about the situation, it was arguably more to do with the fact that his Bobcats were losing…
