Former Barcelona and Real Madrid front man Ronaldo has claimed that current Barca playmaker Lionel Messi is a better player than his La Liga counterpart Cristiano Ronaldo.
The two world superstars will both be in action this week in their respective club’s Uefa Champions League semi-finals, fitness permitting, however, the one-time Brazil international believes that the little Argentinian just has the edge over the Portugal international at this moment in time.
Ronaldo scored 34 goals in just 37 appearances for the Catalan club in 1996/97.
