Southampton prodigy Luke Shaw was voted into the Premier League team of the year at the PFA awards last night, and was asked to air his thoughts on the rumours inking him to Manchester United and Chelsea.
“It’s a good thing to be linked with them but I’ve got football to focus on,” said Shaw, who is hoping to be selected in England’s World Cup squad this summer.
Any potential deal would likely cost the Premier League giants an astronomical fee, but both need a left-back and could secure the wonderkid come the end of the season.
