Former Seahawk relishing his new role as an Indianapolis Colt.
After signing a two-year deal with the Indianapolis Colts during this off-season, Matt Hasselbeck will become the backup to Andrew Luck, who is still maturing as a Quarterback.
A reliable player who has the ability to perform to a high level should Luck go down, the 37-year old was a good insurance pickup for the team this yer.
Hasselbeck also see’s his role as that of a mentor, not just to Luck, but also the entire offence.
The Colts boast a talented, but very young set of skill players, who lack the experience of big games in order to help the, progress in the playoffs.
