Miami take series 4-0 and progress to the second round of the NBA Playoffs.
Despite the absence of Dwyane Wade, the Miami Heat were able to seal their fourth consecutive win over the Milwaukee Bucks, with their 88-77 victory securing their path through to the second round.
LeBron James had 30 points and led his team through the fourth quarter to pull away from their rivals and ease to the win after the Bucks had moved to within two.
Wade sat out due to a sore right knee, but watched on as Miami found points elsewhere to make up for his loss. Ray Allen added 16 points, including 4-of-7 shooting on three-pointers.
As for the Bucks, their post season is over and they will look back on a relatively successful season having secured their place in the Playoffs.
Monta Ellis led the way with 21 points on Sunday, but it wasn’t enough to hold off the Heat and force the series into a Game 5.
Miami will now await the winner of the Chicago Bulls-Brooklyn Nets series to ascertain who they will face in the second round.
