Minnesota is on the verge of completing a blowout win over Michigan, as they are ahead 30-14. Wide receiver Maxx Williams put the icing on the cake for the Gophers with a one-handed catch.
This pass was caught near the 20-yard line, and Williams made it to the 16-yard line before being forced out of bounds. This set up a Minnesota field goal.
This play is indicative of how Michigan’s season is panning out, and they are about to fall to 2-3. Head coach Brady Hoke is on the hot seat, and this game may give the school an even bigger excuse to fire him.
