Australian fast-bowler has a game to remember in his side’s 381-run victory.
Australian all-rounder Mitchell Johnson said he was still struggling to come to terms with his, and his side’s performance, in the first Ashes Test against England.
The home side collected a 381-run victory thanks in large part to Johnson, who snared nine wickets as well as a bag full of runs.
Heading into the series, Johnson’s place in the side was questioned given his history of fluctuating levels of performance.
However, he bowled with pace and venom the England top-order struggled to handle in their first real test of their tour.
