The Wizards fell to 113-99 loss at the Staples Center, with Chris Paul ultimately winning the battle of the point guards with 30 points, six rebounds and 15 assists as he continues to make a late charge in the race for the MVP award this season.
While the Clippers move to 45-25 for the season, the Wizards continue to fall off the pace as they now sit at 40-29 and continue to lose ground on the likes of the Chicago Bulls and Toronto Raptors.
However, the play of the game certainly went to Wall who produced a stunning mid-air 360 spin to get round Barnes in the paint and finish with a lay-up as he even left the home crowd in amazement with the move.
Wall ended the game with 19 points, six rebounds and 10 assists in another impressive all-round performance, and although he didn’t get the W, he will have been delighted with his play which will have filled highlight reels on Saturday morning.
