Former NBA star Allen Iverson will have a documentary based on his life and career debut at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York City this Sunday night.
The documentary looks at the high school years of the 38-year-old through to his playing time in the NBA and after.
Widely regarded as the pound-for-pound best player to grace the league, Iverson was undoubtedly one of the more fascinating superstars to play in the NBA and this documentary looks at many facets of his life story.
It also features interviews with the likes of Dwyane Wade, Carmelo Anthony and Larry Brown, who all offer an insight into what it was like playing against, with and coaching him during his spell in the league.
The Philadelphia 76ers recently retired the veteran’s shirt and while many fans will have had a great overview of his career in the spotlight, this documentary will undoubtedly offer more in-depth analysis into the man behind the fame.
