Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry had hoped to share a few words with the media after the Game 1 win over the Houston Rockets on Tuesday night, but his daughter, Riley, had other plans.

It is common practice for NBA players to bring their kids up on the stage with him to discuss the game with the media, but more often than not the youngsters are well behaved and remain quiet during questions.
Riley Curry had other ideas though, as she joined Stephen up on the podium as he talked about the crucial win for the Warriors to take the early lead in the Western Conference Finals.
Curry ended the game with 34 points, six rebounds, five assists and two steals as he contributed to the comeback as the Warriors faced a 16-point deficit at one stage in the first half.
However, as they so often do on in front of their fans at the Oracle Arena, they found a way to produce a response and protected home-court ahead of Game 2 on Thursday night.
The hope will be that Riley gets to join her dad on the podium in a few weeks time as Golden State continue to chase their dream of winning an NBA championship this season led by their MVP.
