In a light-hearted moment as he addressed the media Wednesday night, Lillard spoke of his determination to achieve anything he wanted as a youngster that got him where he is today.
The point guard sensation went onto say that at one point during his childhood, he was set on becoming a professional wrestler, but decided that his skills were better put to use a basketball player instead.
Lillard played all 82 games in his rookie season, averaging averaging 19 points and 6.5 assists per game in a superb rookie year.
