The New Orleans Saints are showing the form that they have showed in all of their previous road games as they have already committed two turnovers in the first quarter.
Quarterback Drew Brees had previously thrown an interception, but the Saints defense held the Panthers offense to no score on their first drive. However, Brees gave the ball away again as he lost a fumble.
Turnovers are not typically characteristic of the Saints, but the Panthers defense is looking like its old self again with timely turnovers as they neutralize the Saints offense.
