They appeared to be taking a 3-1 lead shortly after Luis Suarez scored the go-ahead goal, as Neymar headed the ball into the goal.
However, the officials spotted his arm touching the ball at the time, which overturned the goal as he was called for a handball.
Neymar had previously made headlines for showboating against Athletic Bilbao, but his lack of a goal may very well have made headlines as well if Juventus was able to come back.
This call is sure to have caused some controversy among Barcelona fans, but they were ultimately able to hang on for a hard-fought victory.
