Eat your heart out Dennis Bergkamp!
Nottingham Forest striker Simon Cox won the Football League Goal of the Year award this weekend, for this classy strike against Birmingham City.
The Republic of Ireland star controlled a dropping ball before deftly guiding it past a stranded Jack Butland, all in two touches.
Cox is currently on international duty with the Irish so his dad stepped in to pick up the award, leading to this lovely tweet from the 25-year-old to Soccer AM presenter Helen Chamberlain, who was presenting the ceremony.
Thanks to @hellsbellsy for my award and for my vote and for being nice to my dad @davidcox46
