No. 22 Ohio State is looking to re-assert themselves after an upset loss to Virginia Tech, and they are doing just that with a 45-0 halftime lead over Kent State.
Buckeyes wide receiver Michael Thomas made a highlight play for the Buckeyes in the second quarter by scoring a touchdown.
Quarterback J.T. Barrett completed an eight-yard pass to Thomas, but the receiver did the rest of the work by running for a total of 63 yards to the end zone.
This marked the fourth of Barrett’s five first-half touchdown passes for the Buckeyes.
