Senators win game one on the road, but see Lars Eller carted off the ice.
The Ottawa Senators started their playoff series against their Canadian rivals Montreal with a key road win, but had to do it the hard way after they saw centre Lars Eller carted off the ice after taking a huge body check at centre ice.
Despite the loss of Eller, the team were able to keep their focus and stop a late fightback by Montreal with a goal themselves, and will take the precious 1-0 series lead back to Ottawa for game two.
