Indiana lock up star on the rise in the NBA after stellar season in 2012-13.
The Indiana Pacers have signed all-star Paul George to a multi-year contract extension, the National Basketball Association team announced in a landmark day for the future of the club.
Financial terms were not disclosed, but George was eligible to earn as much as $90 million on a five-year deal under the league’s collective bargaining agreement.
The 23-year-old American averaged 7.8 points as a rookie and 12.1 points during his second NBA season.
The Pacers selected George with the 10th overall pick in the 2010 draft.
