George puts up his contender for dunk of the season
The Indiana Pacers beat the Los Angeles Clippers on Saturday night, with Paul George ramming home the point with this filthy windmill dunk in the fourth quarter.
The Pacers star finished the game with 36 points, but added some entertainment for the fans with this effort late in the fourth quarter with the game safe as the hosts were 20 points up.
Having picked up the steal, George advanced down the open court before finishing with the fancy stuff as he put up his contender for dunk of the season.
It was particularly emphatic given that it came against the Clippers who have made highlight-reel dunks part of their make-up with the likes of Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan starting up Lob City.
It remains to be seen whether or not George is looking for a spot in the Dunk contest at All-Star Weekend, although this effort would have done him no harm if he is set to go up against the other stars of the NBA.
However, for now it is worth sitting back and enjoying the Pacers man in full flight as the Bankers Life Fieldhouse explodes into action.
