Miami seal win with James returning from injury.
LeBron James returned to the Miami Heat line-up on Saturday night, and his 27 points helped them to a 106-87 win over the Philadelphia 76ers.
James had sat out of the last three games with a sore hamstring, but he wasn’t able to link up with the other two members of the ‘Big Three’ as Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade were both injured.
However, in their absence, James was well supported by the bench with five other Heat players ending the game in double scoring figures.
The Sixers were able to keep it relatively close after an evenly shared first half, but were unable to handle Miami in the fourth quarter as they stormed to victory.
Jrue Holiday had a team-high 18 points but it wasn’t enough to prevent the defeat for Philadelphia, while Miami move to 60-16 for the season.
