When Jurgen Klopp needs a goal, there’s really only one man he can call upon to get it for him: Philippe Coutinho.
With Liverpool down a goal early against a tough Crystal Palace defense, the Brazilian star once again delivered in the clutch to keep the Reds well in the fight at Anfield.
A picture-perfect setup by Adam Lallana set up Coutinho for an easy strike inside the box that caught the entire Crystal Palace defense flat-footed.

That strike from Coutinho marked his third goal in three weeks (following a brace against Chelsea last week) and his fourth of the season.
Unfortunately for Liverpool, Coutinho’s strike wouldn’t be enough to get them any points as Scott Dann’s late header allowed Palace to take away a 1-2 victory.
Nonetheless, it’s only 30% of the way through the season and Coutinho is on pace to break his own personal record for league goals. With the way Liverpool have been playing offensively, the club is probably going to need him to break that mark just to have a top five finish.
The loss to Crystal Palace marked Klopp’s first BPL loss as manager since replacing Brendan Rodgers.
