Camera worn by referee Hilario Grajeda at Sporting Park.
Video from the head camera worn by Hilario Grajeda at the MLS All-Star game against Roma has been released, giving a glimpse of what it is like to be on the field. In the match, which Roma won 3-1, the video shows a number of situations referees have to deal with, such as a coming together between Landon Donovan and Miralem Pjanic after Pjanic was awarded a yellow card, and USA and Roman midfielder Michael Bradley approaching to complain that “the little things are all for them right now”.
Bearing in mind this was a friendly, one can only imagine the content should referees wear cameras in, say, a Tyne-Wear derby. The mind boggles.
