Former Pittsburgh Steelers outside linebacker James Harrison has retired from the NFL for the second time after rejoining the Steelers in the 2014 season.

However, it appears that he is in good enough shape for another return to football if any defense calls him in case of an emergency.
Harrison was a behemoth for the Steelers as he was named to five Pro Bowls and helped the Steelers win two Super Bowls while making three trips.
The Steelers icon posted an Instagram video of himself lifting weights, and he was seen doing a 135-pound shoulder press with just one arm.
