Harden hits off-balance jumper to seal last-gasp win for Rockets.
With 4.5 seconds left in the game, James Harden drained a 15-foot off-balance jump shot to lift the Houston Rockets to a thrilling 96-95 win over the San Antonio Spurs.
Harden ended the game with 29 points, nine rebounds and six assists, and was ultimately the hero at the Toyota Center on Sunday with his last-gasp winning shot.
Despite the loss, the Spurs remain at the top of the Western Conference and will hope to bounce back immediately but face a difficult game against the Denver Nuggets on Wednesday.
Tony Parker had 23 points on the night as he regains his fitness after an ankle injury, while team-mate Tim Duncan had 17 points but neither man could not prevent the loss as Harden had the last word.
