Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman never saw any action in Week 1 against the Green Bay Packers as quarterback Aaron Rodgers never threw toward him in that game.
The cornerback showed why Rodgers and all other quarterbacks are smart to avoid him as he picked off Rodgers in the end zone while covering wide receiver Davante Adams.
Rodgers rarely throws interceptions, but Sherman reminded fans that he is the best corner in the game, as he infamously proclaimed in last year’s NFC Championship.
