Stuart Broad says England will be fully prepared for the Ashes Series, won’t underestimate the dangers Australia can pose, know their own strengths – and is fully fit for the first Test at Trent Bridge next week.

England has been tested in their recent Test series against New Zealand in what was a worrying sign for the home side’s chances.

But with Graeme Swann coming through unscathed from a bowling performance against Essex after being hit on the arm while batting in the nets, Broad believes the side is in a positive place mentally and physically.
