Coach Chris Adams believes the county made the right decisions at Lord’s.
Surrey head coach Chris Adams thinks that the club were right to force Middlesex to follow-on during the first London derby of the year at Lord’s, despite the match ending in a draw.
After a poor 166 in their first innings, Middlesex were forced to bat again by Adams’ team but an inspired double-century from Australian opener Chris Rogers tied the match.
Surrey were criticised in some quarters for making their decision but the coach believes it was the right thing to do.
