As a result of the increasing skills of the NBA’s international contingent, the association have a monthly feature showcasing their talents.
Included in the top 10 international plays of February, are some creative assists and unbelievable game-changing finishing.
San Antonio Spurs point guard Tony Parker features twice, as he continues to enjoy a productive season even by his own high standards.
Currently sidelined through injury, Parker was in inspirational form last month as he led the Spurs in points and assists.
Minnesota Timberwolves star Alexey Shved also contributes to the top 10 with some high flying dunks, while team-mate Ricky Rubio seals his place with a no-look assist.
The Timberwolves have been crippled by injuries this season as they continue to struggle, but in Rubio they have one of the most exciting and creative guards in the game.
However, they all miss out to Denver Nuggets star Danilo Galliani, with the Italian taking the top two spots.
Having drained a clutch three in an overtime game with the Boston Celtics to keep his team’s hopes alive, he tops that effort with what was described by commentators at the time as “the shot of the century”.
