Spurs boss relieved to only lose Gareth Bale for two weeks, but confident they can cope.
Tottenham Hotspur manager Andre Villas-Boas says that his team can cope in the absence of Gareth Bale through injury.
The Spurs flyer had a terrible fall against FC Basel in the closing stages of their tense 2-2 draw at White Hart Lane after colliding with David Degen, but fortunately for the north London side, he looks set to miss just two matches.
The first is this weekend’s clash with Everton, but AVB was keen to point out that opposite number David Moyes would be missing key players too in Marouane Fellaini and Stephen Pienaar, who are both suspended. Winger Kevin Mirallas’ selection is also in doubt thanks to a groin complaint.
