Inside linebacker Bobby Wagner got the ball rolling for the Seahawks by intercepting New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady.
After the Seahawks drove into the Patriots’ red zone, wide receiver Doug Baldwin got wide open in the end zone to burn Patriots Pro Bowl cornerback Darrelle Revis for a touchdown.
Baldwin had given a passionate speech to his teammates after the NFC Championship, and he felt that the team and the receiving corps had been disrespected by the media.
He showed this on the field by catching this crucial touchdown pass.
