Ahead of their heavyweight showdown on November 29, Dereck Chisora and Tyson Fury came face-to-face at a press conference on Monday.
However, Fury had a surprise in store as he attended with his mouth taped shut, with “BBBofC ????” written on it as he posed for pictures but refused to go head-to-head with his opponent.
Nevertheless, after some encouragement from iFL TV’s Kugan Cassius, the pair went on to pose side-by-side as they leant back, with the atmosphere staying rather jovial as opposed to previous meetings.
The pair had been scheduled to face each other in the ring earlier this year, but a hand injury suffered by Chisora ensured that it was postponed, with Fury also going through family health issues which led to him also pulling out of a fight.
It appears as though both men are now in training ahead of their date in November, with the suggestion that the winner will go on to put themselves in a strong position to face Wladimir Klitschko next year.
Fury will undoubtedly be hoping that there are no more excuses or withdrawals this time round after seeing both Chisora and David Haye forced to withdraw due to injuries over the past two years.
