The veteran of the league turns 37 today, check him out in his prime.
The spring may not be quite there anymore, and he might be more of a spot-up shooter than a posterizing dunker now, but there is no denying Vince Carter was one of the best ever.
Right up there with Jordan, Dr J and some of the other high-flying artists of the NBA, Carter dropped more jaws early in his career than any other player.
But his masterpiece came in the 2000 All-Star weekend Dunk Contest, when he re-wrote the rule book of what was possible while flying to the rack.
So in honour of Carter’s 37th birthday, join him as he looks back on that fateful day in 2000.
