New York Yankees up-and-comer Jose Pirela suffered from concussion after slamming into the outfield wall during an MLB training game against the New York Mets.

According to AFP, Pirela was taken to hospital for a CT scan and MRI.
The Venezuelan chased a Juan Lagares hit before drilling the wall with his head and shoulder before landing awkwardly on the ground.
