No. 14 Baylor was upset on the road, 61-59, by Texas in overtime. During the overtime period, Texas guard Isaiah Taylor and Baylor forward Royce O’Neale were battling for a loose ball.

O’Neale elbowed Taylor in the face, but it seemed to happen by accident.
This was enough to anger both of their teammates as the benches cleared, and a fight broke out among the players.
Due to the fighting, seven players were ejected from the game. Young and O’Neale were not among these players.
Texas went on to win the game as Taylor made the game-winning shot with five seconds remaining.
