The Wildcat offensive formation struck again for the first time in what seems like forever as South Carolina took an early lead over the Clemson Tigers in the intense Clemson-South Carolina rivalry. Gamecocks WR Pharoh Cooper lined up in the single-wing formation in place of QB Dylan Thompson and scampered for a long gain and the TD:

And just like that Cooper goes nearly untouched all the way to endzone to give South Carolina a 7-0 lead. Maybe the South Carolina coaching staff should change the name of the formation from the Wildcat to the Wildgamecock. Food for though.
