4. Trevone Boykin, QB, TCU
TCU had a bye week, so Boykin stays in the Heisman discussion. The Horned Frogs will next play Texas, which may be a trap game since they have won three games in a row and allowed just 12 points per game during their winning streak.
Boykin has limited the turnovers for the most part this season, and leading TCU to a season where they are in the national title hunt automatically keeps him in the Heisman race. Boykin will need an overwhelming performance to have any chance at becoming more than just a finalist though.
Stats: 3,021 passing yards, 24 touchdowns, 5 interceptions, 59.3 completion percentage; 122 carries, 548 rushing yards, 7 touchdowns
