4. Everett Golson, QB, Notre Dame
The Fighting Irish had their bye week after suffering a disappointing loss to No. 2 Florida State, but Golson’s numbers in addition to making the Irish a contender make him a Heisman candidate.
However, he will need to cut down on the turnovers since he has already thrown six interceptions. 19 touchdown passes is nothing to scoff at though, so Golson will find himself in New York if he can maintain his numbers. The Irish losing again would put his campaign in jeopardy though.
