The former Besiktas manager will reportedly be handed a £25m transfer kitty over the summer and Daily Express reports the Croatian will make a move for the frustrated Remy.
Remy has struggled for minutes since joining the Blues and is understood to be wanting to leave Stamford Bridge in search of first-team football next season.
With the future of Enner Valencia uncertain, Bilic is looking to bring in the 28-year-old to bolster his attack.
It is believed the Hammers will have to stump up around £8m for the former Newcastle United man, and Daily Express reports Bilic has already lined up two of his former Besiktas stars, with winger Gokhan Tore and attacking midfielder Olcay Sahan set to follow the ex-Croatia boss to Upton Park.
Bilic is also believed to be interested in bringing young Barcelona star Alen Halilovic to the club on loan, according to the report.
