Ian Botham – 102 Test matches, 67 sixes:
Ian “beefy” Botham is regarded by many as the greatest English cricketer of all time.
The all-rounder dazzled opposition teams with his powerful batting and ruthless bowling.
Botham made his England debut in 1977 but it was during the eighties when he put his name in history, inspiring an historic Ashes victory over Australia in 1981.
The Somerset all-rounder still holds the Test wicket record for England but his strength with the bat was what was really eye-catching.
