Manchester United star Robin van Persie scored a wonderful goal against Spain to equalise for Holland and kick off the tournament for Louis van Gaal’s team, guiding a fine diving header over Iker Casillas and into the net.
Van Persie’s performances so far, that also saw him find the net against Australia before picking up a suspension for the final game against Chile, will have United fans excited ahead of his reunion with van Gaal at Old Trafford for next season.
