Attack: Neymar, Lionel Messi, Arjen Robben, Thomas Mueller
With 15 goals and two assists between them, this front four looks quite formidable. Although a couple of emerging Colombian stars, James Rodriguez and Juan Cuadrado, could also stake a claim for a place in this attack, an attacking midfield three of Neymar, Messi and Robben has certainly lived up to its reputation so far, with these big names of European club football showing that they are truly among the best in the world with their performances so far in Brazil. Neymar and Messi have four goals each, while Robben has three strikes to his name along with one assist. Leading the way, however, is Germany’s lone striker Thomas Mueller, who has already notched up four goals and one assist, which would put him on course to win the Golden Boot for the second time in his career – at the age of just 24.
