4) Ron Vlaar – Aston Villa
After a fantastic World Cup in Rio and a number of solid performances with Aston Villa the Dutchman is highly coveted. And with the competition currently at Arsenal he may not want to make the switch to London to sit on the bench.
He would be available cheaply however, and would add some much needed depth.
