The Turkish side signed Demba Ba from the Blues over the summer and with the future of Salah at Stamford Bridge uncertain there looks set to be more deals conducted between the two teams.
“We have a very good relationship with them. Will we do business with them in January? Why not?” Orman was quoted by the Independent.
“We are interested in some of their players, but not Petr Cech. We want to get loans for the second half of the season.
“It is very difficult to invest in players at the same time as building the stadium. We do not have stadium income.”
When the new stadium that Orman speaks of is complete next year the club will be in a better position to sign players permanently and may look to secure Salah then after his loan spell.
Cech it seems will not be heading to Turkey though, with the future of the goalkeeper also in doubt since he lost his No.1 spot in West London to Thibaut Courtois.
Besiktas have also been linked with a loan move for teenager Nathan Ake.
